ARBITRATION AND ADR
SLCG’s lawyers have extensive experience in both international arbitration, having participated in arbitrations all over the world, including Bombay, Calcutta, Frankfurt, Geneva, London, Paris, and Singapore, and in domestic arbitration. We have acted both as arbitrator and as representative for various clients, including multinational companies. In addition, in the context of the management of various arbitral proceedings, SLCG has frequently dealt with ancillary aspects, such as the recognition and execution of awards both in Italy and abroad.
Our lawyers adopt all mechanisms of early or alternative dispute resolution and have participated in assisted mediation procedures both in Italy and abroad. We regularly work in conjunction with leading arbitration institutions and bodies and with university professors specialized in this sector.

- London Court of International Arbitration (LCIA) arbitration in London involving technical issues concerning a power plant;
- UNCITRAL arbitration in Paris regarding various post-acquisition claims;
- International Chamber of Commerce (ICC) arbitration in Rome involving a transportation infrastructure dispute;
- Ad Hoc arbitration in Italy for a controversy valued at €50 million;
- Arbitration in Frankfurt under the DIS Rules involving post-acquisition issues;
- International Chamber of Commerce (ICC) arbitration in Milan with €18 million at issue; and
- Arbitration in accordance with the Rules of the Associazione Italiana Arbitrato (Italian Arbitration Association) for a post-divestiture claim.
