SPORTS LAW
In the field of sports law, SLCG represents professional athletes, agents and sports clubs before arbitral and disciplinary bodies in various sectors and in Italian courts in relation to financial disputes and disciplinary proceedings. Our lawyers have acted in front of various sports arbitral tribunals, including those established by the Lega Calcio (Soccer League) in Milan and the Lega Pro (Pro League) in Florence, and in proceedings before the FIGC (Italian Soccer Federation) Disciplinary Commission and the FIGC (Italian Soccer Federation) Federal Court.
Our sports law practice also includes drafting and negotiating sponsorship contracts and merchandising contracts. We also have experience with the termination of broadcasting rights in relation to sporting events.
